How do I know I can trust the people you send to my home?

Every employee undergoes a rigorous screening process that includes extremely thorough criminal background checks.

Our employees are all given top-notch training to meet our demanding standards, and we regularly conduct quality inspection checks.
Do you bring equipment and supplies?

Yes, we provide all equipment needed.
Can you use my cleaners and vacuum?

Yes, if you have a preference in cleaning chemical or equipment, we can accommodate this for you.
Do I have to be home when the cleaner comes?

You do not need to be home, although of course you’re welcome to be.
Many of our customers provide us with a key to their home and, when necessary, alarm codes. We keep your keys and access information extremely secure.
Do you guarantee your work?

Absolutely. While it is rare for our teams to miss items and we have procedures in place to thoroughly check work! We have a 100% satisfaction guaranteed policy.
Our goal is to give you the best cleaning possible each time. If something included in our service is overlooked or not completed to our standard call us within 24 hours and we will return to correct!
How do I pay for my cleaning?

Payment is due at service completion.
Payments not received within 24 hours of service are subject to late fees.
We accept cash, check, paypal, venmo, zelle, cash app and debit/credit card
We can also keep cards on file for automatic payment on the day of service.
What if I need to cancel my appointment?
​
We understand that things come up and life happens, and sometimes you need to cancel. In order to help prevent any last-minute cancellations, you will receive reminder emails and text notifications prior to your cleaning. We do require a 48-hour notice for cancellation – all messages are time stamped for accuracy. If you are unable to provide 48-hour notice you will be charged 20% of your cleaning. Any same day cancellations will be charged 50% of the cleaning. Any cancellations made upon our teams' arrival or if our team cannot gain entry to your home the full cleaning fee will be due. All cancellation fees are non-refundable and will not apply to any future cleanings. They will cover the lost revenue for the team and business. Any cancellation fee processed to your account will need to be paid in full before service can resume.
